We offer a diverse selection of mat classes, Reformer classes, and one-on-one training. A talented group of health care professionals also provide massage therapy, acupuncture and midwifery services.

The Pilates Method

Pilates was designed by Joseph Pilates during the first half of the 20th century. Pilates believed that mental and physical health is interrelated. His exercises were intended to strengthen the human mind and body.


The Pilates system builds muscle flexibility, strength and endurance. The emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment helps to develop a strong core. Exercises may be modified in difficulty and intensity as one adapts.
