Beginner Mat
A class designed for those new to Pilates. Understand pelvic neutral, core engagement and breath work while learning a set of basic Pilates exercises on the mat.
Intermediate Mat
Build your mat repertoire by exploring more advanced exercises on the mat. Explore the Pilates fundamentals of concentration and precision as you execute more challenging Pilates exercises on the mat.
Advanced Mat
A mat class designed for those with experience in the Pilates method. Deepen your practice by integrating more complex exercises to strengthen your core.
Gentle Mat
A specialty class for those recovering from injury and wanting a slower and more gentle approach to learning the Pilates fundamentals. Move and feel better by using guided visual imagery and careful exercise progressions to find and strengthen the deep core muscles.
Mixed Level Mat
Begin your morning on the mat! Explore Pilates fundamentals while working into more advanced exercises.
Mom & Baby Matwork
A class for moms and babies to work out together! Enjoy this hour to re-connect with your core, strengthen your body and ease postural strain that comes with pregnancy. A perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and your body.

Pilates Reformer

Beginner Reformer
Pilates Fundamentals on the machine with an introduction to a basic series of whole body exercises. Nor prior experience necessary. Clients will gain an understanding of Pilates and the equipment. Injuries will be given modifications. Client must have permission to move into an intermediate level class.
Intermediate Reformer
Clients must have a basic understanding of the equipment and have experience on the machine. May be required to kneel or stand on the machine. Must have knowledge of, and know how to manipulate equipment. Intermediate level clients will learn how to utilize props through out various exercises.
Advanced Reformer
Not for clients with injuries. Must be comfortable using props, kneeling and standing on the machine, Knowledge of exercises, names, and muscle focus of exercises. Faster pacing with more complex movements will be performed.
Reformer for Men
A class designed specifically for men. Explore Pilates Fundamentals and move into intermediate sequences targeting mobility and flexibility for tight hips and backs!
*Please note that Reformer class levels are not based on length of time taking Pilates, but the physical ability to execute exercises using the proper muscles, body awareness, and familiarity on the equipment. Your safety is our number one priority!

Personal Sessions

Personal Sessions
One-on-one instruction is a fantastic way of understanding the Pilates fundamentals and receiving guided, hands on instruction based on your needs.
We offer personal sessions incorporating instruction on the mat, the Reformer, the Cadillac and and/or Chair. Personal sessions are recommended for those wanting to transition to Reformer classes already in session. They are also useful for athletes or rehab clients, or those looking for a customized program.
“Duets” or Duo sessions are a fun, cost-effective way of trying Pilates with a friend! Clients cut the cost of the hour by working out with a friend/s at their own pace.
Personal sessions may be bought in single passes or as bulk packages (5 or 10 sessions).

Our Policies
What we ask of you….
- To notify the teacher of any injuries or health concerns prior to taking a class. Client must sign a COVID-19 Assessment Consent Form before EACH class. A COVID-19 Liability Waiver must be filled out before each session.
- Clients must pre-pay to hold their spot for our 4 week Session. Clients are responsible for paying for all 4 classes in the session to hold their spot. We cannot “hold” your spot due to extended absences. We can NOT offer make up classes due to missed classes.
- Clients must pay for their classes the first week of the session. NEW **Preferred method of payment is by etransfer. We cannot reserve your spot for the duration of the session if we don’t receive your payment prior, or the first week of the session.
- We can NOT allow class deductions due to illness, vacation, etc.
- Notify your instructor within 24 hours if you must miss your class so that they may fill your spot. Please recognize that spaces are limited and this allows us time to contact clients on our waitlist.
- Please note you will be charged the FULL price of your class if you do not cancel your spot within 24 hours.
- If you are unable to commit to a 4 week session you are welcome to pay a drop in fee for classes where there may be available spots.
- All classes are 55 minutes long. This allows for time for class payments, questions and administrative tasks. Please arrive on time for class, follow hand sanitization and social distancing protocols. Please leave promptly after class to allow time for next group of clients to come in.
- Matwork Punch Passes will be honoured for 3 months from the date of purchase. Matwork classes are all pre-registered with the exception of Drop-Ins.
- We reserve the right to substitute a teacher without notice due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please refrain from strong perfumes.
- Please turn off cell phones out of courtesy to others.
