This class invites you to bring your baby with you to explore movements that are both gentle and challenging. Help improve your abdominal strength and control as you restore the drrp core connection that can be list during pregnancy and childbirth. Recondition your body, restore you alignment and strengthen your pelvic floor while you and your baby work out in a fun, creative environment.
