Come and join us for a weekend of Pilates, stand up paddle boarding and connecting with others.

We will also explore gorgeous Kootenay Lake as we review basic paddling skills, enjoy a morning stretch on the beach and experience the mat work repertoire on the stand up paddle boards.
Our last day includes a paddle excursion to a local beach to enjoy a gourmet lunch!
Revitalize your body on and off the water as we practice mindful movement in beautiful Nelson B.C.

Retreat Includes
- 2 Pilates Matwork classes and 1 Reformer class at our fully equipped studio
- 1 morning stretch and release class on the beach
- SUP rental for the weekend
- 2 hours of stand up paddleboard lessons
- 2 SUP Pilates classes on the water
- Paddle excursion to gorgeous local beach
- Gourmet food for the weekend: appetizers on Friday night (meet & greet), light breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Sunday (picnic on the beach!)

- We want you to feel pampered on this retreat! Please let us know if we can book additional massage therapy or acupuncture treatments at our studio
