Weekend SUP Pilates Retreat

Come and join us for a weekend of Pilates, stand up paddle boarding and connecting with others.

Our weekend retreat includes mat and Reformer Pilates classes in our beautiful studio.

We will also explore gorgeous Kootenay Lake as we review basic paddling skills, enjoy a morning stretch on the beach and experience the mat work repertoire on the stand up paddle boards.

Our last day includes a paddle excursion to a local beach to enjoy a gourmet lunch!

Revitalize your body on and off the water as we practice mindful movement in beautiful Nelson B.C.

Dates Fri July 28 (4 – 6 pm), Sat July 29 (8:30am – 6pm), Sun July 30 (8:30am – 2 pm)
Cost $400 + GST Before June 30 (after June 30 $450 + GST)

Your Hosts Kirsty Holt (Certified Paddle Canada Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor, R.M.T.), Mona Sather (STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor)

Retreat Includes

  • 2 Pilates Matwork classes and 1 Reformer class at our fully equipped studio
  • 1 morning stretch and release class on the beach
  • SUP rental for the weekend
  • 2 hours of stand up paddleboard lessons
  • 2 SUP Pilates classes on the water
  • Paddle excursion to gorgeous local beach
  • Gourmet food for the weekend: appetizers on Friday night (meet & greet), light breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Sunday (picnic on the beach!)
  • Goodie Bag
  • We want you to feel pampered on this retreat! Please let us know if we can book additional massage therapy or acupuncture treatments at our studio

3:00 – 4:30pm Meet & Greet, appetizers, introductions
4:30 – 5:30pm Pilates Matwork class
5:30 – 6:00 pm Review Itinerary for weekend, enjoy your evening!
Saturday July 29
8:00 – 9:00am Breakfast at studio
9:00 – 10:00am Pilates Matwork class
10:15 – 11:15am Pilates Reformer class group #1
11:30 – 12:30pm Pilates Reformer class group #2
12:30 – 3:30 pm Free Time
3:30 – 4:00pm Meet at Lakeside Park, get gear together for SUP
4:00 – 5:00pm 1 hour SUP skill lesson
5:00 – 6:00pm SUPilates class
6:00pm Wrap up at Lakeside
Sunday July 30
8:00 – 9:00am Breakfast at Lakeside, morning stretch & body rolling class in the park
9:00 – 10:30am Paddle excursion to local beach (includes 1-hour SUP skill lesson)
10:30 – 11:30am SUPilates class
11:30 – 1:00pm Picnic lunch on the beach
1:00 – 2:30pm Paddle back to Lakeside
2:30 – 3:00pm Wrap up, gift bags, hugs and high fives
