Fall is in the air and the perfect time to lay down on one of these! The Pilates Reformer! Well we can actually lie on our back…we can sit, stand, and kneel. We can also lay on our tummy or face forwards or backwards….the possibilities are endless! The goal is the same….grounding to our centre, controlling the carriage springs and feeling the nourishing alignment that this equipment brings to our bodies! Curious to try? Purchase a Beginner Reformer Series and receive one class for FREE! Our fall session begins September 14th. Use the discount code FALLREF2026 at checkout 🩵#pilatesreformer #discoverawesome #discovernelsonbc #kootenaipilates #fallfitnessgoals ...
